Built on
- C2PA content provenance
- Cryptographic seal at capture
On a jobsite, everything ends up disputed.
- The owner disputes the progress on your pay app.
- A punch list item closed? Nothing shows when, or in what condition.
- A phone photo has no reliable date or location: it can be challenged.
How it works

The superintendent takes the photo
Live, on their phone, in our app or your project management software.
- 2

Frequently asked questions
How do my crews use Certa?
They install the Certa app on their phone and take jobsite photos right in the app. Sealing happens automatically, the moment the photo is taken.
Who can see the photos?
You, and anyone you share the link with. We only keep a digital fingerprint.
Will the proof hold up in court?
It's built for it. Each photo is hashed and sealed at capture to support self-authentication under Federal Rules of Evidence 902(13) and 902(14). Admissibility is always up to the judge.
